Introducing Pediatric and Adolescent Transformative Healthcare (PATH), a united effort of health care providers dedicated to supporting the mental health of young people through effective and inclusive care.
As part of this new initiative, we’re renovating a brand-new behavioral health center located at 4192 South Archer dedicated to our community’s youth. This facility will be specially designed to support children, adolescents, teens, and their families in the west and southwest areas of Chicago to provide high-quality, inclusive care and supportive services.
